With over 15 years of experience, DDD Investments LLC is a Los Angeles based real estate firm offering investment opportunities with returns backed by multifamily assets across Southern California. Through a value-add strategy, we acquire, improve, and stabilize rental housing in need of expertise, time, and capital. We deliver consistent returns to investors, while also providing housing for rental communities. We acquire and manage investment properties in Los Angeles County, Orange County, and San Bernardino County.

Our Team

Do Duong, Managing Partner. I am a Los Angeles native and real estate investor of 15 years. I proudly provide quality housing to rental communities across in Northern and Southern California by improving single family homes and apartments. Throughout my journey, I have discovered that the supply of quality rental housing can be dramatically improved by bringing together the right team and capital to help owners in unique situations.

Outside of the business, I dedicate time to my family, outdoor adventures with my sons, and a lifelong search for every neighborhood’s best taco, raspberry jelly donut, and bowl of Pho.
